Job Responsibilities

Learn our sales & customer lead process
Work leads that come in via internet sources
Get our customers engaged & set an appointment
Customer follow up via phone, video, email & text
Collaborate & build rapport with our sales reps
Give our customers the best car buying experience before & up to the sale.

Our pay plan is hourly based at $14 per hour flat. You also earn bonuses set on performance metrics paid out every month for the previous month. On average, our business development sales reps earn $1400-$2000 per month in bonuses. Basically, the harder you hustle the more $$ you earn!
